  • Before I Decide

    Q. Is there a minimum hire period?

    A. The minimum hire period is 4 weeks


    Q. Is there a maximum hire period?

    A. No.


    Q. Do I need to visit the site prior to hiring the unit?

    A. This is not required but we are happy to show you our site and units to help with your booking.

  • Bookings and Moving In

    Q. How do I book a unit?

    A. Bookings are generally done online via our “Book Now” page. Alternatively, we can take your booking over the phone / by email if you prefer.


    Q. Do you offer a removal service?

    A. We do not arrange this but can recommend local removal companies for you.


    Q. What happens once I have booked/reserved a storage unit?

    A: Once we have received the completed online booking form or taken your booking over the phone, we shall send a confirmation email with payment information. Once payment is received, we shall send you an access code for the electric gates and details how to collect your keys - it’s that easy and simple. 

  • Access

    Q. What are the access hours to your site?

    A. 7am – 8pm every day (our office hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday)


    Q. How do I gain access to the site?

    A. Our site benefits from a secure automatic gate with a GSM system. Authorised customers can gain access to the site with their mobile phone.

  • Security

    Q. Do I need to supply my own padlock?

    A. We supply a padlock with 2 keys for you.


    Q. Do I need contents insurance?

    A. Yes – this can be arranged by yourself or through our policy. For further details, please contact us.

  • Payment

    Q. What payment method do you accept?

    A. All customers are required to complete a Direct Debit mandate which is sent to all customers once they have booked a unit.


    Q. Can I stop my storage at any time?

    A. All “Pay as you Store” customers can terminate their agreement on seven days’ notice. Customers on out fixed term contracts can terminate their agreement after the fixed term at any time. If you move out before the end of the month you have already paid for, we’ll then refund any unused days back to you.
